Mendon Brunch on the Brook began with two chefs, a shared love of food, and a dream of creating something of their own. Franco Paulino and Rachel LaRocca met in 2021 while working together at Flight West. As their relationship grew, so did their vision for a restaurant where creativity, quality, and genuine hospitality come together. In September 2025, that vision became M.B.O.B.—a warm neighborhood brunch restaurant built around scratch-made food, house-baked breads and bagels, and coffee roasted with care.
